Biography

Shaun Carney is a columnist with the Herald Sun newspaper in Melbourne. He was associate editor and chief political columnist at The Age newspaper 1997-2012, and is the author of Peter Costello - The New Liberal (Allen & Unwin, 2001) and Australia in Accord - Politics and Industrial Relations Under the Hawke Government (Sun Books, 1988). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
