Biography

Rashina is a professor in software engineering and Associate Dean (Equity Diversity and Inclusion) at the Faculty of IT. She’s an international expert in human and socio-technical aspects of software engineering, responsible AI, and digital health, a passionate educator, an award-winning mentor, and a champion for underrepresented girls and women in STEM.
