Biography
Prabha’s research is in the fields of sociology and migration, mainly focusing on settlement, inclusion, and sense of belonging of highly skilled migrants from CALD backgrounds. She is passionate about creative solutions to promote diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging among migrants from CALD backgrounds in the workplace and society more broadly.
