Pamela has worked as a school psychologist, is a member with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Fellow with the APS College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists. She also serves as a peer reviewer for Advances in Mental Health and Frontiers in Psychology. Her research interests are in cultivating inclusive school communities, advancing teacher and student wellbeing, and supporting underrepresented groups in education. Pamela has expertise in the Delphi technique and enjoys working on mixed-methods studies and participatory action research.
