Biography
Nicole is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian (AdvAPD) and a Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) with more than 18 years of clinical experience. She has worked in rural and metropolitan hospitals in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her area of interest is in the management of diabetes (type 1, type 2 and Gestational Diabetes). She currently investigates the role of dietary Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs) in endocrine and fertility disorders, and the relationship between diet and the gut microbiota.
