Biography

Nicola’s work draws on more than 20 years of school experience, having worked in the Victorian, UK and international school systems. Nicola is a school principal who returned to Melbourne to undertake further study. She completed her doctoral studies on the interconnected nature of globalisation and educational leadership practice. Her current research includes the work of Victorian principals through the COVID-19 pandemic, and the transnational work and lives of women leaders in international education.
