Biography

Moira teaches and researches in field of information law, with a key focus on freedom of information, privacy and data protection, health records, and public records law.
She’s been a chief investigator on six research projects, including three projects funded by the Australian Research Council, and has also completed several research consultancies and contracts for a variety of government and private-sector organisations.
