Biography
Michael is a former Northern Ireland police ombudsman and former chief inspector of criminal justice. He's an adjunct professor (practice) at the School of Social Sciences at Monash, honorary professor at the George Mitchell Global Institute for Peace, Security and Justice, The Queen's University of Belfast; and a lay member of the UK House of Commons select committee on standards.
