Biography

Melody is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Education. She has a Master of Education and Master of Applied Finance from Monash. She’s worked both in the education and business industries. Her research interests include agency, capital, and graduate employability. Specifically, her PhD project is to explore Chinese international graduates’ employability in Australia.
