Biography
Melissa is the Acting Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research), responsible for advancing the research agenda, and supporting research excellence, impact, collaboration and Monash’s international profile in line with the University strategy. Previously, she was Academic Director (Research Culture) in the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research)’s office, and Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (2018-23).
She’s recognised internationally for her research on the visual cultures of social justice and transnational relations.
