Biography
Lyndal is a dietitian who works part time as a research dietitian at Alfred Hospital studying the effects of food containing FODMAPs on the health of the gastrointestinal system and in patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Lyndal also consults privately and has a special interest in food intolerances, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal conditions. She is an expert in the Monash University Low FODMAP diet.
