Biography

Lovish is a doctoral candidate in the field of the circular economy. He’s affiliated with the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management at IIT Bombay, and Monash Business School.
He’s currently shaping his research around circularity prospects in various segments of the food supply chain, with particular focus on the retail sector and its linkage with consumption behaviour using empirical approaches.
