Biography
Since 2015, Karen has co-led the Endocrine and Neuropharmacology laboratory. Her research program aims to improve our understanding the structure of receptor proteins on the surface of brain cells, how these receptors control different brain cell signals. By harnessing these insights she seeks to develop new therapeutics for psychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.
