Biography
Julie has been an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Law at Monash University since 2013, and is a foundational Deputy Director of the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law (2000-). Previously she was a Senior Lecturer (2007-2012), a Lecturer (2002-2006), and an Assistant Lecturer (1996-2001). Julie researches in the field of international human rights law, comparative domestic human rights law, constitutional law, and human trafficking.
