Biography
Josh is part of the Sleep and Circadian Rhythms Research Program. His research interests lie in psychology and chronobiology, specifically the study of sleep and
circadian rhythms in elite athletes. His work has been published in
journals such as Nature Communications, Psychological Science,
Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Journal of Sports
Sciences, and Scientific Reports. He holds a Master of Science from
University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) and a Bachelor
of Science from University of Canterbury.
