Ika's focus as a researcher and practitioner is diversity, equity and inclusion in city decision-making to address complex challenges. As Research Fellow (City Diplomacy) at Melbourne Centre for Cities, The University of Melbourne, she investigates the ways that cities engage internationally and collaborate to address shared challenges.
