Biography
Jeff’s research interests include relationship marketing and strategy, retailing and franchising, socio-cultural aspects of marketing, and sustainable business and consumption. He has published numerous journal articles, book chapters and conference papers. Jeff also has a strong track record of obtaining research grants. His research projects have received competitive grants from Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States. In addition to his research accomplishment, Jeff is an award-winning teacher. He has taught at undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels in the US, Hong Kong, and Australia.
