Biography
Huong Nguyen is an early-career postdoctoral researcher at the Metabolic G Protein-Coupled Receptor Biology laboratory, at Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Before moving to Australia to pursue a PhD in molecular pharmacology at Monash, she worked as a lecturer and researcher in the biochemistry department at Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Vietnam. Her passion lies in comprehending how drugs act at the molecular level, at the GPCRs and other drug targets, to treat neurocognitive deficits, metabolic diseases, and autoimmune disorders.
