Biography
Herman Tse is a Professor in Leadership and is also the Director of the Early Career Academics (ECA) Network in the Monash Business School . He obtained his PhD from University of Queensland. His research interests include leadership effectiveness, team development, emotions research, multilevel research and Chinese management issues.
Herman has been involved in various research-based industry-based projects and corporate training programs in Australia and China. He conducted a project on leadership frameworks and team effectiveness using data collected from major banks and large family-based restaurants. The research findings were used to inform the leadership development for branch managers and team effectiveness.
