Biography
Heather Moore is the Policy and Advocacy Adviser for The Salvation Army's Freedom Partnership to End Modern Slavery. She has been engaged in antislavery work as a direct service provider, trainer, consultant and policy advocate since 2003. She is now responsible for developing and implementing the Freedom Partnership's national advocacy strategy, state government engagement and domestic workers campaign.
