Biography

Hean is a firm believer in balancing research and teaching excellence. His current research examines consumer psychology in the contexts of services marketing, sustainable marketing and healthcare marketing, with a secondary interest in doing business in China.

Hean has also written articles for Impact by Monash Business School as well as appearing in their Thought Capital podcast.
