Biography
Georgia’s research focuses on the neurological consequences of brain injuries from a range of etiologies, such as sports-concussion and intimate partner violence (IPV), using multimodal biomarker approaches grounded in biochemistry, neuroimaging and cognitive neuroscience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Melbourne, followed by a Bachelor of Science (honours) and PhD in Neuroscience at Monash University entitled 'The Neurological Consequences of Engaging in Australian Rules Football'.
