Fleur is a lecturer in English and literacy education. Her research focuses on teacher professional identity, teacher education, English education, and literacies. She previously taught English, literature, and theory of knowledge (IB) for 14 years in Melbourne schools.
Fleur initially joined the Faculty of Education as a co-teacher in the English education program, and continues to be interested in the affordances of co-teaching for initial teacher education and teacher professional learning. Her research focuses on teacher professional identity, teacher education, English education, and literacies.
