Biography

Elizabeth is a registered nurse and registered pharmacist, and is globally recognised for her work as a health communication scientist in patient safety and quality, and healthcare improvement.
Her research areas of expertise include healthcare communication, health services research, and equity in service delivery outcomes.
She’s led multidisciplinary teams using diverse research designs, including observational cohort studies, clinical audits, mixed methods designs, testing and implementation of interventions, and co-design approaches.
