Biography

Kate works in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences as a researcher and senior lecturer. Kate has expertise in nutritional physiology. Her research interests are to explore the interactions among nutrient intake, metabolism, and human behaviour that influence health using an integrative discipline approach with a strong emphasis on translating research findings into health practice.
