Cathy is a marine ecologist who recently completed her PhD at monash University under the supervision of Associate Professor Richard Reina (Monash University) and Dr André Chiaradia (Phillip Island Nature Parks). To this point, her primary research focus was in measuring and understanding how animals respond to changing environments. However, Cathy is now employed as the Operations Manager of the nature-connection charity, Remember The Wild, where she is involved in research and interventions centred on mitigating the 'extinction of experience' and its impacts on humans and nature.
