Biography

Antonio’s research focuses on unravelling the cognitive and neural mechanisms of addiction, and developing novel neuroscience-informed interventions to treat addictive disorders. He also leads a more recently established research program on the neuroscience of appetite and obesity, which seeks to translate cognitive and brain imaging findings into novel interventions for healthy eating and weight loss.
