Biography
Before joining BehaviourWorks, Alyse worked as a research assistant for the Pre-hospital, Emergency and Trauma Unit within the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University, where she gained more than six years’ experience in emergency health services and injury outcomes research.
Alyse is passionate about health and wellbeing, in particular, the health of older people and their transitions within the healthcare system.
Her research areas included spinal cord injury, outcomes after serious injury, early interventions for pain and mental health after motor vehicle crashes, social support for older people after discharge, and emergency care of older people. At BehaviourWorks,, Alyse works within the health team, and conducts rapid literature and practice reviews, and assists with other aspects of stakeholder forums.
