Biography
Aish is a football coach, educator, and passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity in sport. She’s the founder of the Women’s Coaching Association, and a dedicated researcher, focusing on the experiences of women football coaches, racial literacy, and anti-racism strategies in community sport.
Currently, Aish is a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, and a research fellow at both the University of Melbourne and Deakin University. She’s consulted and partnered with several government organisations, including the Victorian state government and the Australian Sport Commission.
