Zahra holds a PhD in Transport Engineering from the University of Melbourne, where her research focused on the impacts of architectural design on evacuation dynamics and human crowd behaviours. Her professional experience spans a diverse range of projects at the intersection of urban infrastructure, public health, and resilience. As a Research Fellow at the School of Public Health, Monash University, she works on interdisciplinary projects that address urban resilience, public safety, disaster risk reduction, and infrastructure planning.
