Sudha's research interest is broadly in the area of marketing strategy. Within this, she focuses on two main areas: inter-firm (B2B) relations and sales management. She is an expert in franchising and has published articles in top marketing journals. She is also engaged with the Australian government in its efforts to change the Franchising Code of Conduct. She applies advanced econometric methods and is proficient in working with big data.
