Simon’s research primarily revolves around how features of society and organisations - such as level of equality - affect the mental health and productivity of individuals. Some of the books I have published on this topic include "Where should I work?", "The positive side of negative thinking", and "The moonlight effect". Finally, I am interested in how practices and initiatives that promote humility in organisations and society tend to diminish a raft of social problems.
