Biography
Shaz is a lecturer in the Department of Management at Monash University Malaysia. She holds a PhD and Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Commerce, specialising in health systems management and gender. A native of Kenya, her academic journey is rooted in a commitment to enhancing healthcare experiences and promoting gender equality, particularly within emerging economies.
