Biography
Shalini is a clinical addiction psychiatrist. She is Deputy Head of the Department of Psychiatry (Central Clinical School, Monash University) and Deputy Clinical Director at Turning Point, a national addiction treatment centre. She has served as Chair of the Faculty of Addiction Psychiatry committee at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) for the past three years. Her research interests focus on women and addiction, and methamphetamine use and related mental health co-morbidity.
