Biography
Raphaelle’s research focuses mainly on the development and implementation of new interventions targeting unplanned and avoidable hospital transfers from residential long-term care, deprescribing in community settings, implementation science, and vulnerable populations.
Raphaelle has a clinical background in nursing and has worked clinically (coronary intensive care) and in research in Australia, Europe, and Africa.
