Biography

Maxine is an associate professor in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food, where she's been actively involved in the establishment of the Be Active Sleep and Eat (BASE) facility – a collaborative research facility with researchers from physiology and sleep, based at Notting Hill. She's also the course convener for the Bachelor of Nutrition Science (BNutSc) at Monash.
