Biography
Mark has specialised in Australian and international intellectual property law for more than 30 years and is the author of several works relating to intellectual property and competition. He has been named by Managing IP as one of the world's 50 most influential people in intellectual property. He has been a Chief Investigator on six Australian Research Council grants and won the Vice-Chancellor's Award for Distinguished Teaching at Monash University. He has taught in a number of overseas programs to judges and other government officials.
