Biography
Lakshini is a consultant neurologist and headache specialist. She’s also the Deputy Director of the Multidisciplinary Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre (MAPrc), a research institute dedicated to improving women's brain health.
Lakshini is actively involved in clinical research, is completing a PhD in headache medicine, and supervises medical and research students. She’s currently investigating hormonal therapies for menstrually-related migraine, an affecting many women worldwide.
