Biography
Ingrid’s research interests include Australian employment law, and comparative and transnational labour regulation. She has expertise in corporate labour and human rights due diligence regulation, socially responsible public procurement, and labour regulation in the Asia-Pacific. She has undertaken numerous consultancies for the Geneva and Hanoi offices of the International Labour Organisation (ILO). She has also worked as principal researcher on a major research project on collective bargaining under Australia's Fair Work Act 2009, commissioned by the Fair Work Commission. Prior to joining Monash, she worked in the legal and international departments of the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU).
