Early childhood education
Hilary is a lecturer, researcher and early childhood professional experience liaison based at Monash's Peninsula campus. She has more than 30 years' experience in the field of early childhood education. Her research investigates the ways in which young children's learning and development are shaped by family and societal practices over time. Her research interests and expertise include everyday life in intergenerational families, family pedagogy, early childhood curriculum, cultural-historical theory, visual methodologies and adult education.
