Biography
Debbie is a trained speech-language pathologist with extensive experience in clinical research. She’s worked on a range of projects focused on disordered swallowing and voice in various clinical populations and across different settings. Her current research focuses on public healthcare priorities and engaging stakeholders in participatory research.
Debbie specialises in swallowing function management in adults, including survivors of conditions such as stroke and head and neck cancers, and older adults who experience feeding difficulties due to degeneration or dementia.
