Biography
Dan is a senior lecturer in the School of Historical, Philosophical and Indigenous Studies, with training in both history and psychology. His research focuses on East European Jewish life, Israeli–Palestinian relations, and the psychology of conflict and cooperation. He brings an interdisciplinary lens to questions of identity, memory, and how communities relate across lines of difference. Through teaching, writing, and public engagement, Dan is committed to fostering dialogue, historical awareness, and a more thoughtful civic culture.
