Bill is a teacher at heart and a scholar of teaching and learning. He's also program director for Monash's Master of International Relations. He specialises in international relations, peace and conflict studies, and US foreign policy. He's published in Foreign Policy Analysis, the Oxford Handbook of Foreign Policy Analysis, and SAGE Research Cases in Politics and International Relations. He's working on studies involving metaphors of teaching and learning, cross-cultural perceptions of active learning, and presentation design.
