Biography
Allie is a PhD candidate in the School of Biological Sciences under the supervision of Dr Rohan Clarke and Dr Carly Cook. Her research is centred on optimising conservation outcomes for small human-inhabited islands, and involves conducting fieldwork on Norfolk Island, where she studies the reproductive ecology and threatening processes of Norfolk’s endemic perching bird species. Outside of her ecological research, Allie is also a passionate advocate for women in STEM.
