Alan is an Associate Professor of Geography and the incoming Head of Human Geography at Monash. He is Editor in Chief of the journal Migration Studies published by Oxford University Press, a longstanding Research Associate at Oxford University, and former Director of the Hugo Centre for Migration and Population Research.
